The brand-new upgraded and redesigned VB Restaurant features a new social media advertising lesson, all new sim graphics, updated lessons and reading content, and a larger, urban cityscape with even more locations for students’ restaurants. The new redesign is built completely in HTML5, eliminating Flash and enabling seamless sim access on any device or any browser.
Virtual Business – Restaurant engages students in the fast-paced, exciting culinary world, and the very tough business decisions that go into running a successful and profitable restaurant. The online simulation offers an eye-opening window into the world of restaurant ownership. This sim is ideal for teaching business, marketing, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and restaurant operations.
Virtual Business – Restaurant introduces students to all the tough business decisions involved in running a successful restaurant. In the real world, restaurants are the most common new business started each year, but restaurants also fail at a higher rate than other businesses. With Virtual Business – Restaurant, students make a number of decisions large and small – picking menu items, laying out the restaurant’s floor plan, etc. Students learn what makes a restaurant succeed and what business decisions may lead to a restaurant closing down.
